After tendon tricep advancement surgery on my left elbow, in December 2020, I began PT with the fine folks at Physical Rx. Myrna got me in asap, and both she and Tim kept me scheduled as close to my preferences as possible. Diane, my primary therapist, was wonderfully encouraging and pushed me to do my best. She switched things up when needed, keenly aware of my abilities to so when I was able and ready. I couldn't be happier and I continue to progress on my own with what she taught me. Together we went above and beyond what my doctor required of me. Neal and Stephen were also wonderful, providing additional exercises, ice and stim, along with their professional, positive encouragement. They are just great people who truly care. I highly recommend Physical RX: they are hands down a class act -

For an injury or recovery from a surgery, Physical RX is the best physical therapy office in Orange County! A medication induced injury to my hips required me to have both hips replaced in a six month period. Due to Covid my first surgery was postponed for four months. I would've never been able to survive, let alone walk, if I wasn't attending Physical RX three days a week during this period. They worked with me and gave me exercises to help with my mobility pre- surgery and then quickly got me on the road to recovery post surgery. Their physical therapists and assistants are well trained, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. The front office will work with you to give you the schedule that best fits with yours and they work closely with your insurance so you don't have to worry about a thing. -

Great place for physical therapy. Everybody is really nice, professional and, most importantly, knowledgeable. Also, not too crowed, always on time and parking is easy. -

In 2017, I had knee pain and immobility for over a year before it was diagnosed as a torn meniscus. I opted to try physical therapy before knee surgery. The atmosphere at Physical RX was professional, relaxed, and friendly. The room was spacious, well ventilated and lots of windows. Equipment and touchable surfaces were cleaned after each patient contact. Tim and Myrna at the front desk took care of insurance details and set up appointments that best fit my schedule. My physical therapist was Glen Cutshall, DC, MPT, who administered treatment, massages, prescribed exercises, and work on the Pilates reformer. He was knowledgeable and patient. Steve, Neal, and Kate set up stem/ice treatments and guided me through exercises with stretch bands, physio ball, and Pilates reformer. After 6 sessions, the pain decreased. After 12 sessions, most of my mobility returned. I was discharged with home exercises which I still do.
2020: During Covid-19 pandemic, I developed heal spurs and plantar fasciitis. Podiatrist gave me a night split, recommended massaging plantar fascia and wrapping my foot. Pain did not subside, and I gave up walking for exercise. When given a prescription for physical therapy, I headed immediately to Physical RX and asked for Glen Cutshall. Physical RX team follows strict CDC guidelines of social distancing, limited occupancy, temperature/history screening, mask wearing and sanitizing. (I noticed the correct procedure: disinfectant sprayed on, left on 2 minutes, and then wiped off). I felt very safe. My gratitude to Glen, Steve, Neal, Kate, Tim, Myna, and others for a successful resolution to my pain, excellent care and teaching me exercises to maintain strength. -

When I had orthoscopic knee surgery in December I knew I wanted to rehab at Physical Rx. I previously rehabbed a broken ankle there and was very happy with my results.
The staff are great to work with; highly skilled, patient, good listeners, and they educate patients so that patients can continue exercises at home. The facility is very pleasant with adequate equipment for everyone there and is very, very clean.
Scheduling appoints, as well as submitting my bills to insurance, has been seamless. -

I had been struggling with an aching back for over 18 months, so much so that I wasn't sleeping at night and could hardly get out of bed in the morning, or lean over the sink to wash my face! When I finally started at Physical Rx, I hobbled in all lopsided and wondering how I would ever feel better. Three months later I feel great, can move in and out of bed without pain, and am so much stronger all around. Glenn was excellent at providing the right amount of soft tissue treatment and guiding me to an effective, manageable home exercise program. He explained the biomechanics very well, and gave practical advice. Neil and Steven were very attentive as I completed the various exercises - I loved using the Pilates Reformer. They were quick to help and correct as needed. The front office staff always greeted me by name and were on top of all the billing and insurance, much better than another PT practice I'd gone to before. Scheduling appointments also was smooth. The whole atmosphere is professional, and yet welcoming, even with their own therapy dog! I highly recommend Physical Rx if you are in need of physical therapy. -

Great care for our 18-year-old son. He really injured his ankle playing basketball. Not just your average sprain. He was referred by his orthopedist to Physical Rx Physical Therapy. They gave him great care and therapy to help his ankle heal. They also worked with us when we had some scheduling difficulties, insurance questions, and further home care to do on his own.
We will definitely use this wonderful service in the future and would highly recommend them. -

My experience in the midst of a pandemic at Physical RX was phenomenal. Of course, my therapist, Glenn and the assisstants, Steven and Neil were very knowledgeable and welcoming, but the entire staff was so assiduous regarding protecting all the clients from infection.
Hurley, the beautiful former service dog was the best and helping one and all maintain a low anxiety level during this tough time in our lives.
Glenn was not only very knowledgeable, but explained and educated me regarding my multiple issues. I will most certainly return to this facility in the future.
Thank you -

I needed some Physical Therapy this summer for a back and hip issue along with my two young adult kids. My son needed PT for a knee injury and my daughter needed some for a back issue. Between the three of us we probably worked with everyone there! All the therapists and aides and even the front staff were wonderful and very pleasant to work with. They always remembered our names considering how many people they work with. They took care of all the insurance paperwork. I would highly recommend this facility for any PT issue you might have. -

I went to Physical Rx after both of my hip surgeries where I was treated by Glen and Heidi. Both therapists are excellent, caring, considerate and thorough. I attribute my full recoveries to both of them! Neil, Katie, Steven and Cassie were awesome too - assisting and directing me on the recommended exercises. They always challenged me and I appreciated that push to improve. If you are looking for a great place to complete your PT, then this is your place. However, you must be willing to put the work they recommend at home in order to really take back your body. Do the work - it is worth it and Physical Rx is the place to get it done! BTW, a co-worker (shoulder) and my daughter (knee) both have gone to Physical Rx and have also had good recoveries. Bonus is having Hurley (yellow lab) the therapy dog on the premises as well. Each day you go is filled with dog love!
